How do we package your plants?

Mature plants and offsets:

1. Mature plants and offset are taken out of the pots.

2. All soil is washed off from the roots.

3. We do not trim the roots unless very necessary.

4. Roots are wrapped in newspaper to prevent them from drying out.

5. Plants are wrapped in veggie net to make sure they can still breath.

6. They are then packed into long boxes to ensure we do not need to bend the leaves.

7. Boxes are shipped out every Monday.

Clivia Seedlings:

1. Seedlings are only sold once they are strong enough with good roots and at least 3+ leaves

2. Seedlings are taken out of soil and washed.

3. Roots are wrapped in moist tissue paper to prevent them from drying out.

4. Seedlings are then wrapped in newspaper.

5. We pack seedlings into long boxes or tubes to prevent leaves from bending.

6. Boxes are shipped out every Monday.

Bulbs and lillies:

1. Bulbous plants are washed with leaves and roots trimmed for packing.

2. Bulbs are packed in brown paper bags to keep them dry.
